Does hurmat-e-musaaharah become established through having sexual thoughts about a woman
Q: If a man is going to sleep and only thinking lustfully about a woman and gets an erection, can he marry the woman's daughter?

Q: I am a 19 year old male and currently studying Aalim course. A few years ago I had touched my mother with lust and I have finished reading the conditions through which hurmate-e-musaaharah will take place (i.e. if she had a cloth on which was thick and the heat of the body could be felt, etc). However I'm not so sure if the conditions took place or not because of it being a while ago however I have Ghaalib-e-Gumaan that the conditions took place. Is there any way out for me? Do I have to confess? Will Allah Ta'ala forgive me for this despicable sin even if I don't confess?

Lekin mera (friend) keh rahahi keh susar ne zabardasti karne ke koshish ki hi lihaza mera friend buhut pareeshan hi kisi mufti se na; me baat karskta hu aur na who. Hum ne is liye aap ko message bheja. Mere friend ki do beteya (2 daughters) hi aur apne bivi se buhut had tak pyaar (love) karta hi be intiha? ab aap islami masalah batadey Allah aap ko apne aman me rakhe mere friends ki haalat din ba din bighirthi ja rahi hai.
