Q: What should I do if I am unable to stop myself from committing fornication? Even in the month of Ramadhaan I committed adultery of the eyes and organs although I was observing fast? Whenever sexual desire increases, I could not stop committing zina. I m working 6 and half hours to earn money. Only way to stop myself from this sin is to stay in mosque. But it is almost impossible to remain inside mosque all the time. What should I do? Leave the job and join madarsah so that I get engaged in a good environment? Please advise me.

Q: I dislike pictures of animte objects because I know it is haraam. I usualy save pictures of hadeets and recipes and Duas on my phone. I was over taken by my nafs and saw a dress that I liked that was emailed to me. I decided to keep that picture as I can show the dress maker. The woman wearing the dress isn't modest as her top part is open. I won't make such a dress as I will make it in a modest way. My question is when I go to my pictures on my gallery on my phone all the pictures show on the screen together so the picture of the girl in the dress is next to a hadeeth picture that I have on my phone and it is all exposed on the same screen. I thought it was disrepectful but left it for a while. Now I really regret what I did. I deleted the picture but have I disrespected the Hadeeth in anyway and is that kufr?

Q: My question is if my husband goes out of state or girlfriend boyfriend are having a conversation on the phone, while talking on the phone they started to have romantic conversation or started kissing while on the call and you start getting discharge while all this is happening. Is that discharge napaak or paak?

Q: About 2 years ago a purchased a cellphone from a store that offers an extra warranty which I had taken out that says they will provide you with a new phone if something happens. The warranty covers accidental water damage and screen cracks etc. There is some terms and conditions that basically say that if it was intentional/deliberate then that would not be covered. One day whilst using the phone I thought some dirt/napaak might have gotten onto the phone, so i took some water in my hands and put it over the phone. Regrettably the phone had gotten water damaged and I had taken it in to the store to get it fixed/exchanged. When I took it in to the store, they did not ask how or when it happen but rather took my personal details and a week later gave me a replacement phone. Of course, my main intention was to just clean the phone, but unfortunately it had gotten damaged.

1. Is the replacement phone they gave me ok for me to use? I ask since the phone had broken through my own wrong doing even though not deliberate and they did not ask anything about it

2. Did any of the work i did for work purposes on the phone become wrong for me to do?

3. Coincidentally after a couple of months the replacement phone they had given me fell in the rain and yet again I went to them. This time they asked how it happened etc and I explained to them it fell in the rain and they gave me another replacement phone again. Is this phone also OK for me to use since the first one (not original, first replacement) had to be given in?

4. Can I sell this second replacement phone and use the money from it?
