Getting paid for an absent day

Q: If I took leave on some working day of job and the HR/admin has mistakenly updated that I was present at that day in online system and the HR has asked me to sign on that day and I also signed forgetfully that I was absent that day in confusion, then only I realized that I have made a mistake. Now, that day's salary will be haraam or halaal for me? I asked HR to change the present as absent but he said it is not possible now. What should I do? Can I work on compensatory working days without any extra pay and make that up?

Mazdoor ku waqt ke upar tankhwa ne dena

Q: Mera sawal a hai ke jo log mazdor ku bola ke un se mehnat kara kar mazdori dene ke liye pareshan karte hai un logon ke liye kya kehna cahiye ek mazdor ki mazdori 500 ke hisab se lekar jate hain magar paise dene ke liye bahut pareshan kar rahe hain kuch bhi bolo magar un logon ku thuda bhi haisas nahi hota ke o log mazdor ki mazdori na dene se un mazdoron ke ghar ke halat kaise guzren ge har bar agle hafte dunga agle mahine dunga yahi bath 2 saal se kehte arahe hai magar dene ka irada abhi tak nahi hai aur a ju log hain sare musalman hai ab aap hi bataye mai kya karon mai bahut pareshan hon aur qarz me dobba huwa hon kaam se kam muje e15 se 20 lakh rupye anna hai magar koi de nahi raha hai hamare aqaa rasool allah salalahu alaihi wa sallam ne farmaya hai mazdor ki ujjrat us ka pasina qasq bhone se pahle adda kardo aise logun ku aap kya kahenge?

Zakaat owr sadaqah

Q: Me apni mali pareshani door karny ke liye apni salary se har month kuch pesa nikalna chahty hon, taky jo bhi mali pareshani hy woh door ho. Aap yeh batain ke yeh pese kis tarhan or kis niyat se nikaly jayen gay. Aya ZAKAT ki niyat se ye SADQY ki niyat se. Or kia har month nikalna zaroori hy ya saal me ek dafa. Agar har month nikaly jaye to us me koi harj to nahi hy. Main pehly se 2.5 % (Dhai Fesad) nikalta aa raha hon apni salary ka jo mustahiq ko jata hy. Magar phir bhi haalat wese hi hain or abhi tak ZAKAT ke naam se nikal raha tha. To kia woh tarika ghalat tha? Kia yeh pese sadaqay ki niyat se nikalny chahye thay or koi or tariqa ho to woh bhi bataye.

Paying one's staff the full salary

Q: I am heading a small stitching and knitting centre where three ladies work. They are all Alhamdulillah purda observant and no male goes there. One of them is on a permanent job. Rest of the two also want their job to be permanent. But the problem is they are overage. They say that they will provide duplicate identity card with less age than actual. That's how the first lady also got permanent. Right now they receive only Rs.5000 and getting permanent means Rs.15000 salary. They are needy and very hard working. They have been working like that for 5-6 years but no increase in wage unless they get permanent. My husband has the authority to give job. I want to ask that will it be appropriate for my husband to give them job while we know that their NIC is a fake one? I really wish to help them but how?

Imaam taking a salary

Q:

1. If an imam has no duties except leading farad prayer, is his salary a price/ reward for his salaah? Is it not worshipping for money? Is it halaal to charge for what has been obligated by Allah Ta'ala?

2. If you employ a Hafiz to lead taraweh prayer in Ramadan, is his worship (for money) permissible and is the worship of his followers, behind him, acceptable before Allah Ta'ala?

3. When children are taught Quran by a paid tutor, is the teacher allowed to accept this material reward and still be 'khyrokum munn ta allaml quraana wa allama hoo'?

4. If it is not permissible to trade your (farad or sunnah) Ibadat for money/ receive salary, how should Imams of masjids and tutors run their household and kitchen?

Shirkat me tankhwa lena

Q: Mein ne do saal pehle karoobar sharakat pe shuroo kia. Lekin me job bhi karta hoon. Mera patner monthly salary 3000 bussiness se laita hai aur karobaar bhi 50% profit. Meri salary 6000 hain. Lekin mein bahar job karts hoon. Abhi mera patner kehta hai ke aaj tak extra 3000 tum ne extra liye hain. Wo mujhe dedo. Please help for this question.

Is it permissible to lie regarding one's salary

Q: I know that telling a lie is a sin in Islam. Islam has laid a great stress on speaking the truth. But some times people do not give us our rights unless we tell a lie. Example: A person is an employee of a company. His salary is 10000 and company tells him that he should work hard and after completion of some project company will raise his salary to 15000. But after completion of annual year/project company terminates him from job. Now person's work worth according to the market rate is 15000. But when this persons goes to next company for new job , if he tells them that his job was terminated and salary was 10000 (not 15000 which was his right now), new company will never take him on the reasonable salary (i.e. 15000). I want to ask that in this situation where we are unable to get our rights can we speak lie e.g. regarding salary to just get our right, not with the intention of harming any one?
