Factors that break ghusal

Doubting whether one had a wet dream or not

Q: I am a female, after waking up in the morning sometimes I am very doubtful whether I had a wet dream or not. I am certain that no orgasm took place. The vaginal discharge is white or clear as regular discharge or sometimes clear water as sweat in very little quantity as moisture of organs. The discharge does not even come out of the labia majoria. It is inside only. So do I need to do ghusl as I am doubtful of whether I had wet dream or not?

Seeing discharge upon awakening

Q: If a woman who always suffers from vaginal discharge which is continuous throughout the day and night. Sometimes the discharge has a foul odor and it is thick white like leucorrhoea and sometimes the white discharge has mild odour or no odour.

After waking up, if she finds the white discharge with a foul odour and she is certain that she did not have a wet dream, does ghusl become compulsory?

Note: She is very certain that she didn't have any wet dream.

Doubting whether wetness is mani or discharge when waking up

Q: I got up and noticed wetness but as I was having this kind of discharge most of the time nowadays and before sleeping there was some discharge, so I didn't do fard ghusl and read fajr and recite Quran. But I was feeling like I was sinning as the amount of discharge was not this much before sleeping and on the other hand it was like normal discharge which I was experiencing normally. Now is my salah valid or not?
