Wife going overseas for a business trip without the permission of the husband

Q: If a wife leaves for another country for more than 10 days for work with out her husband even though work is not relevant to support the home or personal expenses. It's just for outing and career development. After the husband forbade her from going, if the wife did not listen and left home without any mahram, what does such a wife deserve from the husband or what is the punishment according to Shari'ah for such a wife?

Inheritance

Q: In the case of two brothers who have been entitled to a property as inheritance from their father, each brother got 50%. Thereafter one brother owed the other brother quite a sum of money which amounted to his half share of the property. The other brother then asked for this brothers share in the property as a settlement for his debt. In desperation, he signed over the share. Was this correct that he had to sign over his inheritance for the sake of paying back a debt or should they have worked out another way to pay back the debt? Is it fine to take inheritance?

Taking oaths unnecessarily

Q: Once while conversing with some body I took khuda ki qasam for some reason. After the conversation I thought about my qasam was right or not. I think I have taken a wrong qasam. The actual sentence for qasam was “khuda ki qasam hum mazaak men bole the”. This sentence was spoken by me for another sentence I spoke earlier (for which I am confused that whether it was spoken in mazaak or not from my side but I took an oath on khuda).

Keeping the names of angels

Q: Are we allowed to name our children after angels (e.g. Jibraeel, Mikaaeel, etc.)? If we are allowed, then should we name them just Mikaeel or does the name have to be accompanied by a forename such as Muhammad, i.e. Muhammad Mikaeel, Muhammad Jibraeel?
