Gifting an item to a person upon one's death

Q: Please could I get clarity on the following regarding wills:

If a person wants a particular relative to receive a particular item upon his/her death, can this be done? (For instance, items that are currently in use that cannot be given during one's life e.g. a car, jewellery, sentimental items, etc.)

Can a person write in his Islamic will that upon his demise, such and such item of his should be given to person A?

Will nikaah takes place if a boy asks a girl “will you marry me”?

Q: What’s the maslah pertaining to the question “will you marry me”?

I learnt a while ago that whether it was done in a school play for example and the boy had to ask the girl or vice versa “will you marry me” and she said yes, they are married? What would be the maslah and how would the marriage be terminated?

What would happen if it happened on WhatsApp or in private? Would they still be married? And how would the marriage be terminated?

What would be the maslah if the people don’t know about the maslah of getting married in this way and they did it? I have a friend who went out with a group of friends and this girl asked him will you marry me and he said ya I will and they were with other friends? Are they married and what would be the next step?

Attending a theme park that hosts an event called horror nights during Halloween season

Q: I wanted to ask for a fatwah on a topic related to Halloween. Universal studios theme park hosts an event called horror nights during the month of October. The theme park stays open after it’s normal operating times and has its rides open with scary themed characters that scare the people attending.

The price for the ticket is a little less than the day park ticket and is not used or donated for anything other than park profit. Would it be haraam to go to horror nights?

Parents responsibility of taking care of their son's illegitimate child

Q: Should someone accept their son’s illegals child and child’s mother. The son’s point of view that he is responsible of his deeds. Our point of view is that we will never accept the child and his mom as she is not his legal wife so only this behalf that she is child’s mother we can’t accept. We think that if we will accept them then we will part of his haraam action. Are we right or wrong?

Repelling the feeling of the presence of jinn in one's house

Q: We've been affected by sihr and bad eyes for years and its been just over 5 weeks that I am reciting Surah Baqarah weekly in our house... The house is huge so I recite sometimes from the rooms and sometimes central.

What I've noticed is strange.. Cupboards are just starting to break, I feel dizzy and sick with terrible aches. My husband cannot stay alone, he feels jinn presence. I always hear these cupboards shut in almost every bedroom every night and I take it these jinns are there whilst we are sleeping.

We've tried everything from a learned aalim treatments; spraying water to playing the adhaan recorder. What else can I do and why is this still happening? Please advise further.
