Q: I have a question regarding property issue as my father died almost 25 years ago and we are 7 brothers and 5 sisters living with mother Alhamdulillah.

My father left some agricultural land which we have not distributed untill now for some reasons but we have now agreed to divide it according to shariah.

My question is, in the 25 years we have purchased other properties as well like house, plots, car and tractor, etc. from the same agricultural land. How do we divide the other properties which we purchased after our father died?

Q: If my sibling does not want to follow sharia law on inheritance, and if I agree to follow UK law, will this be a sin for me?

Q: On many websites when making an account for something or placing an order an option is necessary to be ticked that says, "Do you agree to the terms and conditions?" or "Have you read the terms and conditions?" These terms are always so long that nobody reads them, but we still tick as if we have. Won't this be counted as a sin?

Q: If a woman’s hair was cut by mistake by a child,

1. Would she be sinful for having different length hair?

2. Would it be permissible to trim all the hair to one length?

Q: I am invited to my 1st cousins engagement. I am the only female in niqaab and I am the only person in my family who is in a Darul Uloom. I don't know if I shouldn't go because I don't want to break the law of Allah Ta'ala or must I go to keep family ties. If I don't go then my family will get really upset with me but doesn't the command of Allah Ta'ala come first?

Q: Is it permissible to work as a chartered accountant? The reason I am asking is that due to riba being widespread today, they will have to review riba-based transactions as well. 

Q: If a person performed tawaf e ziyarat, and then he went back to his home country and he realized that his wudhu was broken because of blood/puss coming out from an old ear infection. Is it obligatory or not to repeat the tawaf-e-ziyarat?

If the person did not repeat tawaf e ziyarat with wudhu, and also did not pay damm/fadiya for this penalty, is this tawaf e ziyarat accepted for Hajj? Is the Hajj valid because there are three obligatory acts (فرض) in Hajj, Niyah/Niyat, Arafat and tawaf-e-ziyarat. 

Q: In the days of hajj days, 8, 9, 10 Zul Hijjah, if there is impurity/najasat (urine drops and semen) on the ihraam but the body is clean with valid wudhu, and later while performing tawaf e ziyarat there is impurity/najasat (urine drops and semen) on the clothes, but the body is clean with valid wudhu, will the hajj be valid or not?

Q: On 10th Zul Hijjah, if the pebble hits the jamarat pillar but doesn’t land in the pot, will the throw count or not?

What if a person doesn't know where it landed, because a person threw from very far, but he believes that it hit the jamarat pillar. What is ruling in this situation?

Q: My brother has a packing job at a non-Muslim supermarket where he puts products on shelves. If he mostly packs haraam products on shelves and then purchases food for us using such money, would the food be haraam?
