Honouring one's promise

Q: Please advise if this was a valid transaction and if the buyer did anything wrong? A product was on sale, the buyer contacted the seller, a special price was made, there were only 2 products left but they had agreed a price and that the buyer will take it. Delivery address etc was confirmed and that the buyer would do the EFT tomorrow. The seller then emailed last minute to say that the units are sold and he is sorry. 1) Is it permissible for him to do this? The buyer then emailed the head office of the company in the USA with a complaint against the local dealer. The head office must have jacked up the seller, because now he contacted the buyer to go ahead with the sale 2) Was this permissible for the buyer to do, or was this forcing the seller into a sale unwillingly?

Discharge coming onto one's clothing

Q: I went with my family to a family friends event while I was there. I don't think I thought of anything inappropriate (sexual) not that I know of. When I came home I used the bathroom and when I was washing myself there was a lot of discharge but I don't know if it was because of thinking about something inappropriate at the gathering we went to. I washed 3-6 times. There wasn't a lot of discharge on my underwear just the normal one. Am I napaak as I don't know what it came from? If I am using my phone and sleeping on my stuff is it now napaak? Are the fancy clothing I wore their napaak? There isn't any discharge on them?

Can a ma'zoor lead the Salaah

Q: I have already received a reply from muftionline that I cannot make imaamat if I suffer from urinary incontinence. What happens if I live in a small town and I'm the only one that could lead the namaaz and I suffer from urinary incontinence then will I be able to lead the namaaz?

Marital problems

Q: I am very worried. I have been married for four and half years. Recently my husband has been talking about separation and does not want to come home. I have tried talking to him but he does not say anything. Please advise.
