Q: If a person commits a few major sins, does he have to make salaatut tawbah for all in two rakaats or separate rakaats?
A: He may perform two rakaats for all and sincerely repent to Allah Ta'ala for the sins he has committed.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
