Making a wrong intention

Q: If I unintentionally make an intention of praying Asr fard Salaah instead of Zuhr and I realize that after the takbeer, then do I continue or break the Salaah?

A: You should terminate the Salaah and recommence the Salaah with the intention of performing zuhr Salaah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
