Q: I did Nikah with a Hindu man already married and having 2 children. We loved each other and having partnership business. But he has not believed in Allah and the Prophet Muhammed (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). I had been making dua for his hidayat for having a lawful life in future. But today after 6 months of nikah he repeated 3 times the word, Taalaq in anger. Is Talaq happened between us. My doubt is that since he is an unbeliever, so there had been no valid Nikah took place and hence no Talaaq as well. Kindly put light on to this. I really do not want to have any illusion on the cost of my imaan. Allah will reward you brother for your kind job. Please reply.
A: Living with him is a life of zina and fornication. You are under divine wrath and curse. It is a life of disgrace and disgust. How can a woman ever live like this in haraam and curse. You need to immediately break away from him.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Q: My question was misunderstood. I did Nikah with a Hindu married man in front of an Imam. But we kept it secret and not living together. He is not a believer. I have been making dua for his hidaayat with a firm trust on Allah that He will guide him. Am I right or not? Three days back he repeated Talaaq three times in Anger. But he is an believer so the Nikaah itself wasn't valid. So no question of Talaaq validation. Kindly reply. I am helpless. I love him so much. I am attracted towards his dealing abilities and punctuality. Honesty in Business and truth telling. But Muslims including me also failed to impress. Note: We have not yet committed any unwanted acts.
A: When he is a kaafir (disbeliever), there is no nikaah. Even if the nikaah was conducted before an Imaam, Shari'ah does not recognise this nikaah. Such a so called Imaam who is uneducated regarding the basic laws of Shari'ah is unworthy of being called an Imaam. You should immediately sever all ties and separate him. Living with him is in reality living a life of zina and fornication. If you continue to remain with him, you will constantly remain under divine wrath and curse. How can a woman ever live like this in haraam and curse. You need to immediately break away from him.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
