Will the nikaah be valid with one witness?

Q: If a man n woman accept each other as husband and wife three times in front of one witness, will it be valid? And also saying that Allah is witness.

A: The nikaah will not be valid.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
