Getting married before one's elder brothers

Q: I want to ask about marriage. I am 21 and want to marry but my two elder brothers are not yet married. Can I get married before them and if there is any wazifa then please tell me.

2. Recite the following dua after Salaah.

رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيْر

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
