Sexual relations while one's wife is in the state of haidh

Q: What are the sexual restrictions during a woman's periods? Can one touch the private parts with a cloth on them or the area between the naval and knee should be completely untouched even if a cloth is on the area?

A: You can touch after there is a cloth over the area from navel to knee.
