Issuing a second divorce 10 days after issuing the first divorce

Q: What is the ruling if a husband gives one divorce and gives the second divorce after 10 days of giving the first divorce ? Will it be counted as the second or not or the second divorce can only be given after the iddah period? 

A: The second divorce will take place.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
