Sign of one's repentance being accepted by Allah

Q: How will one know if Allah Ta'ala accepted his repentance?

A: One should have confidence in the promises of Allah Ta`ala, where he promises that if you ask of Me and I will answer you. Further, one sign is that after the repentance there is an aversion for that wrong.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
