Husband saying to the wife, "If you ever tell me 'You go away' , I will go away"

Q: If a husband says to his wife, "If you ever tell me 'You go away' , I will go away". Is this a conditional divorce? Will talaaq occur if the wife says this statement?

A: This will not constitute a divorce.
