Husband forcing the wife to have relations in her menses

Q: My friend is married and her husband is troubling her to have sexual intercourse in her periods. Please advise.

A: She must refuse. The command of Allah Ta`ala takes preference over everything else.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
