Assuming that all the secular banks in the country deal in riba

Q: Can I assume that all the secular banks in the country deal in riba if I live in a kafir country or would I be sinful for assuming evil of people without proof?

A: When it is public knowledge that their business revolves around riba, how can you be sinful? It is like how you would believe that a non-Muslim butcher will be stocking haraam, though you don't have the proof for all the butchers.
