Making masah over a bandage and performing salaah

Q: If one has a deep cut and it's plastered or bandaged, and one cannot remove it for wudhu out of fear that the wound will continue bleeding or further be harmed, is it correct to make masah over the bandage?

If the bandage has blood, can the person perfrom salaah with it?

A:

1. Yes, he should make masah over the bandage.

2. Since this is unavoidable, he is permitted to perform salaah in this state.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
