School driver receiving a fare for school holidays where no service was provided

Q: A school van driver is receiving a whole month's fare from children but there was 12 days holidays from school in a month. During the 12 days school holiday, the driver did not provide any service.

Is he eligible to receive 12 days fare in accordance with injuctions of Islam?

A: He is not eligible to receive a fee for the days he did not provide the service.
