Q: A family coming from Taaif entered the meeqaat without ihraam, then they left the meeqaat and re-entered it from Masjid Sayyidah Aaishah with ihraam. What would be the ruling in this case? Would they have to give damm?
A: Since Taaif is out of the Haram, they were supposed to put on the ihraam before crossing the meeqaat. Hence, they will have to discharge a dum for this.
