Passing the meeqat without entering into ihraam

Q: I am from Pakistan and I am here to perform umrah. My first 3 umrahs are done successfully but when I was coming from Madina after living 10 days on the meeqat. I didn’t wear ihram because I make my mind that I will perform umrah after one day. After one day I will go to Ayesha Mosque and wear ihram from that place. Do I have to give dam since I didn’t wear ihram from the madinah meeqat?

Reciting the talbiyah after passing the meeqaat

Q: I performed umrah a couple of days ago. I was travelling from Madina to Makkah and I was sure ( i had نیت in my heart) about umrah. At Dhul-Hulaifah I put on two sheets (dress of ehraam) and offered two rakat nafil but I forget to say TALBIYA.

I departed for Makkah after performing nawafil of ehraam and after 5-10 minutes travelling I remembered about talbiya and I said the talbiya and niyat by tongue then and there. Is my umrah correct or do I have to pay any penalty/sadaqah?

Performing umrah when entering Makkah Mukarramah after leaving the meeqaat

Q: I intend performing umrah next week Wednesday. I will be staying in Makkah for 5 days i.e. Wednesday to Sunday. I will be returning home on Monday. Am I allowed to visit Madinah just to convey my Salaam to Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) for just one day (Saturday) and return back to Makkah without donning ihram or performing another umrah again?

Passing the meeqaat with the intention of performing umrah without tying ihraam

Q: 3 weeks ago I came from Pakistan to Riyadh. Now I went from Riyadh to Jeddah to my brothers house but I didn't wear ihram and I didn't take any niyyat for Umrah. I was thinking that I will go for Umrah after 3-4 days. But now my father says that I have to give damm (penalty) because I supposed to go for Umrah first. I am in confusion about this issue.
