Doubting whether one washed a limb in wudhu

Q: If one’s limb is dry after making wudhu and one is unsure if the whole feet or face was washed and one read salaah with that wudhu, does the salaah need to be repeated?

A: If one washed the limb thrice according to the sunnah, then one should not pay attention to the doubts that come in his mind. However, if one only washed the limb once and he is doubting whether he had washed the complete limb, then if the dominant portion of one's mind is that he did not wash the entire limb, then he should wash that limb and repeat the salaah.
