Giving interest money to one's helper

Q: 

1. Is it permissible to dispose of interest monies to ones helper? 

2. What are some recommended ways to dispose of interest money?

A: 

1. Yes, it is permissible provided it is not given as remuneration for any service. 

2. It may be given to any poor person without the intention of receiving any reward.
