A Person’s Money Getting Stolen in the Months of Hajj

Q: A person possessed the money to perform hajj in the months of hajj. However, prior to his departure for hajj, all his wealth got stolen. Will hajj still remain fardh upon him?

A: Hajj will not remain fardh upon him.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
