Woman wearing a short sleeved kaftan with her hair covered reciting the Quraan Shareef

Q: Can a woman who is wearing a short sleeved sameera kaftan and a hair covering that covers all her hair only, leaving her neck and arms exposed, recite the Quraan Shareef whilst cooking and doing chores? Like Surah Yaseen, night surahs, etc.
