Q: Is our personality created by Allah? Why are some people more kind than others? Is temperament built or is it inborn?
A: Allah Ta‘ala has given each person an equal choice to do good or evil.
Those who are kind towards people, they are kind through their own free will and they will be rewarded for their good.
On the contrary, those who are cruel towards the creation, they are cruel through their own free will and they will be taken to task for their wrong in the hereafter.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
