Making a bequest to be given ghusl with zamzam

Q: If someone makes a bequest that his body should be washed with Zamzam when he is being given ghusl, is this permissible?

A: When normal water is available then avoid using zamzam water.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
