Q: If someone saying "it's okay, it's just once. I'm already sinful" about a sin, does it make him/her a kafir? The person genuinely regrets doing that.
A: If a person makes sincere tawbah and is remorseful, then Allah Ta'ala will forgive them. However, one should not say "Its okay, I only did the sin once" as one is regarding the sin to be small.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
