Saying "Attahiy" when standing up for the second rakaat

Q: During Isha, I stood up from the 1st rakaat and said “attahiy”, then I paused and corrected myself and began reciting Fatiha. Is my prayer valid?

A: Your salaah is valid and sajda e sahw is not compulsory in this situation.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
