Mistakes in Qiraat

Q: If a person repeats an aayat of Surah Faatiha to correct a small tajweed mistake, will he have to make sajdah sahw if done forgetfully?

Q: How does one know when to repeat salah if a mispronunciation occurs, e.g. does pronouncing ملحق at the end of dua e qunoot as ملهق, require one to repeat? I.e. Using smalll haa instead of big haa.

Q: If a Shaafi Imaam makes a major mistake in salaah which changes the meaning completely, what will happen to our salaah as Hanafis? And is there any difference whether we know about it or not?

Q: A person was praying Fajr Salaah, and during recitation of a surah, she felt that one verse of the surah being recited got skipped. So she repeated the surah again in the same rakaah.

1. Is the salaah valid?

2. Should the surah be recited again in the same rakaah if a person notices that an aayah got skipped?

Q:

1. If a person intentionally does not recite surah fatiha in the third or fourth rakat of a fard prayer but stands for the duration of three subhanallahs or more and then goes into ruku will that person’s prayer be valid or invalid. And if that person stands for less than the duration of three subhanallahs and then goes into ruku will that person’s prayer be valid or invalid.

2. If a person forgets to recite surah fatiha in the third or fourth rakat of a fard prayer but stands for the duration of three subhanallahs or more and then goes into ruku will that person’s prayer be valid or invalid. And if that person stands for less than the duration of three subhanallahs and then goes into ruku will that person’s prayer be valid or invalid.

Q: While leading the jamaat, if a person misses one word from an aayat and does not correct it even after luqmah from a muqtadi, will sajdah sahw be sufficient to make the salaah valid?

Q: When I recite my salaah, its very difficult for me to recite the word Rahman due to the sound of letter haa. The sound that comes out of my mouth is more like Raman. The rest of the recitation I don't have an issue. Is my salaah valid?

Q: While reciting qiraat in salaah, I missed the third aayah of Surah Naas (Ila hinnaas). The remainder of the surah was completed.

1) Should I have made a Sajdah e Sahw?

2) If Sajdah e Sahw was necessary, but was not made, should the salaah be repeated?

Q: I recited the last few aayahs of Surah ar-Rahmaan in the last rakaat of witr, but I skipped the second-last and third-last aayahs by mistake. Is my salah valid?

Q: If the Imam recites "الرحمان الرحيم" with ه or in such a manner that you can’t tell if it’s a "ه" or "ح" then is Salaah broken? The Imam is capable of reciting “ح" with tajweed but recites too softly like this almost all the time.
