Saying "Attahiy" when standing up for the second rakaat
Q: During Isha, I stood up from the 1st rakaat and said “attahiy”, then I paused and corrected myself and began reciting Fatiha. Is my prayer valid?

Q: Today in witr salah in Surah Aala, I accidentally instead of reading سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَن يَخْشَىٰ - add lam meem - so I said sayazakaru limai and just stopped in middle of limay then corrected it. Does this change the meaning or invalidate the salah?
Q: The imaan was reading Surah Sajdah. He got stuck repeatedly and paused for more then 3 subhanAllahs. Does salaah need to be repeated because he didn't make sijdah sahw?
He got stuck like this before. He seems to be ignorant of the masla.
He also stands with his legs far apart like a ghair muqalid. What should be done in this situation? How should he be corrected?
Q: If a person repeats an aayat of Surah Faatiha to correct a small tajweed mistake, will he have to make sajdah sahw if done forgetfully?
Q: How does one know when to repeat salah if a mispronunciation occurs, e.g. does pronouncing ملحق at the end of dua e qunoot as ملهق, require one to repeat? I.e. Using smalll haa instead of big haa.
Q: If a Shaafi Imaam makes a major mistake in salaah which changes the meaning completely, what will happen to our salaah as Hanafis? And is there any difference whether we know about it or not?
Q: A person was praying Fajr Salaah, and during recitation of a surah, she felt that one verse of the surah being recited got skipped. So she repeated the surah again in the same rakaah.

2. Should the surah be recited again in the same rakaah if a person notices that an aayah got skipped?

If a person intentionally does not recite Surah Faatiha in the third or fourth rakaat of a fard salaah but stands for the duration of three subhanallahs or more and then goes into ruku, will that person’s salaah be valid or invalid? Also, if that person stands for less than the duration of three subhanallahs and then goes into ruku, will that person’s salaah be valid or invalid?

If a person forgets to recite Surah Faatiha in the third or fourth rakaat of a fard salaah but stands for the duration of three subhanallahs or more and then goes into ruku, will that person’s salaah be valid or invalid? Also, if that person stands for less than the duration of three subhanallahs and then goes into ruku, will that person’s salaah be valid or invalid?
Q: While leading the jamaat, if a person misses one word from an aayat and does not correct it even after luqmah from a muqtadi, will sajdah sahw be sufficient to make the salaah valid?
Q: When I recite my salaah, its very difficult for me to recite the word Rahman due to the sound of letter haa. The sound that comes out of my mouth is more like Raman. The rest of the recitation I don't have an issue. Is my salaah valid?
