Consuming shark, whale and dolphin meat

Q: Is consuming shark meat, whale meat, dolphin meat halaal?

A: Dolphins and whales do not come under the category of fish, hence they are not permissible. If sharks come under the category of fish then it can be consumed.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
