Giving doubtful food to another Muslim

Q: Can a pious muslim give off mashbooh foodstuffs to an another muslim who is not steadfast in deen and consumes all sort of foods whether it
is halaal or mashbooh?

A: If the food is doubtful, how can it be given to a Muslim?
