Calling one's husband "brother"?
Q: If a wife calls her husband ‘brother’ is this zihar? Can zihar be given by wife?

Q: I am very tensed about a situation. I was having an argument with my wife and in anger I wanted to call her "Mother F______", but my tongue got stuck and instead I uttered the word "Mother" from my mouth. Have I committed "Zihar" though my intentions were not to call my wife "Mother". Should I now need to atone by freeing a slave, or observe fast, or serve food to needy people? My intentions were not to call my wife this.
Comparing one's wife to one's aunt
Q: If my wife was saying her bra size are not good. I said you should get my aunties as I am sure you are the same size. What is the ruling on me saying that? Do I need to keep some fasts before I can have any intercourse with her?

Mera husband boht bad charactered tha, os ke boht se girls ke sath relations thi. Inhi batho ke waja se hamary larai jagray hoty rahy aur baat court tak pohnch gai. Court mai faisla huwa ke mai dobara husband ke ghar chali jao. Mai dobara waha chali gaye phir jagra howa. Phir kuch arsa baad mai apne husband ke ghar gaye mery husband ne mujhy kaha ke tum chaho tou mery sath reh sakti ho mery ghar lekin wife ke jo huqoq hai wo mai tm ko nahi dunga, mai wapas aye apne maa baap ke ghar aur waha pe do saal guzary es doran mery husband ne mera pocha na mery bety ka. Court ne mjhy aik bar phir husband ke ghar jany ka kaha mai chali gaye. Phir husband ne bataya ke tum ko biwi wali huquq nahi mely ge tum sirf mery naam ke wife ho, os ne apni maa ke qasam kaye ke mai tmhary qareeb zindage bhar nahi aonga, iss baat ko 6 months hogaye hai. Mere friend ne mujhy kaha ke es baat se mere talaq hogaye hai. baraye mehrubani mere rehnumai kejiye k mere talaq hui hai ke nahi.
Husband saying if he sleeps with his wife in the future it will be like zina
Q: If during an argument between husband and wife, husband says if he sleeps with his wife in future it will be like zina. Husband has no intention of giving divorce to his wife. Husband also is not aware of the ruling /punishment for that saying. What is his position now and what should he do? Is it any where close to zihaar.

Q: Please explain the meaning of zihaar and if this has anything to do with talaaq. It is stated in the Quran that if a man wants his wife back then he should fast for two months or feed sixty poor people.
