Q: My husband has two wifes and I am his second wife. My husband had performed umrah four times already with his first wife and he is going again to perform umrah with his first wife and his elder daughter and again not taking me with him. Please tell what are my rights about this matter?

Q: My husband did a secret nikaah and after five years. I have found out that he has another wife and a small child. I have asked him to divorce her and send her back to her country if he wants to have any chance to continue our marriage. He has agreed. 1. Can a husband kiss his wife on lips, hand, cheek and forehead in front of his other wives?

Can all the 4 wives stay together in one house in 4 different rooms each?

Can the 4 wives offer nafl salaah behind her husband in jamaat? They're interested in praying long rakaats, that's why.

Should a person not consider adopting polygamy because it is frowned upon by his countrymen, relatives and parents?

Is a person allowed to marry more than one wife and upto 4 because he wants to have more children (wants children so that he can honor sahaba by giving them their names and make them great ulema of deoband maslak so that they can bring inqilaab in our society) and has more desire for intercourse while his wife is impure, and lastly so that he can change the life of his 4 wives with his piety and make them a strong adherent of sunnat e rasool (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)?

What if parents and wife don't agree for polygamy even after stating sharee reasons? What should one do? Keep quite and listen to them or make them agree to this with hikmat?

Q: My question is if a person has been forcibly married by bribery and blackmail and then later has accepted the nikaah and has treated his wife with loyalty, can he get married again in a second nikaah? Can he do a second nikaah while still married to the first?

Q: My question is about my wife. I have normally extreme need of sex but my wife does not allow me to have properly she come to me only twice or thrice a month sometimes only one time. That also not willing by her only. She performs it as a formality. It has been 12 years of my marriage. In early days it was ok, but also not that much which could be normal among husband and wife but since more then 5 years she is does not take any interest. Give me any good answer. I love my wife but I don't want to do zina. Please guide me what should I do? Even if I discuses with her, she does not take anything serious. Am I allowed to do 2nd marriage in this condition?

Q: I am making nikkah soon Insha Allah. I will become a second wife to this man. He is married to a very violent woman and this is one of my concerns as she has already attacked me physically in public and I'm sure she won't stop. She isn't afraid of him, she swears and hits him, in public too. I love this man very much so I have made sacrifices to be with him. My other concern is that they are married in community of property, that means, what is his is theirs and that means whatever he buys for me will legally belong to them and not me, which also means that should he pass on, she can claim my home and leave me stranded. What are my rights once we married? He wants to get us an apartment while his first wife owns a house. He has set up a trust fund for her but nothing for me as yet. I feel like I will be second in everything. If I do marry him, it will be anc, in accordance to shariah. Am I right in being concerned for my future or am I being selfish? Please advise me.

Q: I want say that I got married due to my parents forcing me but I want a second nikaah with a girl whom I like but my parents are not allowing me. So I decided that I will do a secret nikaah. I want to know is it wrong or right according to Islamic law?
