How to determine if someone is deserving of Zakaat
Q: It's very hard to determine nowadays who deserves to receive zakaat. Can you elaborate who deserves to receive zakaat? Please advise.

Istikhaara for marriage
Q: I did istikhara for a marriage proposal. The dream I saw afterwards had the following situations: The guy who's proposal is sent for me, is continuously asking me to marry him. Later on I saw two big rats in my kitchen eat food and I try to get rid of them. Can you kindly help me interpreting this dream?
Making a thorough investigation before making a decision
Q: I had indented to marry a lady then during our conversation after couple of months before nikaah I came to know that she is greedy and I fear that she would do the way she likes to do and will not listen to me because I believe she is a professional excusor. I strongly feel that this marriage will not work. I refused once then through a third person we sorted out and tried to re-continue. Now again I am feeling the same situation. Should I go with this marriage or not? I am confused. My family says in this country you don't know people are very different. That lady was married before and got divorce from her husband in a couple of weeks. Please guide me. She said she did istkhara and it was ok. I did but got nothing, no feeling etc. still same.

Q: Last night I did istikhaara and my mother also did istikhaara but my mother did not see any dream where as I saw a dream where in I have seen a ash colour big cat was throwing mirror pieces on me continuously the mirror pieces are very sharp I was trying to hold them so that I can not get hurt. Despite my efforts to protect, I got hurt and my left leg thumb got cut and bled but I did not see any blood. In the other dream I saw 5 to 6 dead army soldiers and one with out head. Army soldiers lying in pool of blood. The little blood is on the ground. I saw just the blood on the ground. Do please tell me what it means.
Making a proper investigation of the person one intends marrying
Q: I know one should not entirely rely on dreams when taking a decision for Nikaah and rather should make mashwarah. I do respect this process, however, as sometimes Allah Ta'ala guides one through a dream in response of the istikhaara, I need to know the significance of the dream. On the 5th night, I saw the following before Fajr time begins (like 1 or 2 hours before). (I may have forgotten some other details of the dream). I saw the girl's mother. My nose was bleeding and I noticed that the front hood of my car was damaged (while in reality it has no damages), as if the car had had an accident with another car.
