Q: With regards to Taraaweeh:
1. An Aayah was recited correctly. The Imaam thereafter repeated the Aayah and changed it (incorrectly) due to some doubt. Is the initial correct recitation or the second recitation which was incorrect taken into consideration? Does the Aayah have to be repeated?
2. For the purpose of listening to the Luqmah of a Saami', the Imaam remained silent for the duration of 3 Subhaanallaah or more (he did not recite Qiraat for that duration). Should Sajdat-us-Sahw be made?
3. Additionally, if a person because of some disturbance missed an Aayah in Surah Faatihah, or one sentence in his At-Tahiyyat, does he have to make Sajdatut-us-Sahw? To what extent is the Surah Faatihah and At-Tahiyyat Waajib?

3. And how many rakats should be offered?

1. With regards to the 2 rakaats of nafl salaah of Zuhr, Maghrib and Esha. Is one allowed to make a double intention, e.g.: Nafl of zuhr + taubah?
2. Can I make multiple intentions for tahajjud salaah e.g.: tahajjud + shukr?
Q: I did istikhara for three consecutive days but I am unable to determine what is the outcome of this. I didnt experience any dream at all and neither do I feel my heart inclined to a particular outcome or decision. How to judge what is Allah's suggestion in such a situation? Should I ask someone else to do istekhara for me and believe in the outcome and do accordingly? I did istekhara to seek Allah's suggestion for a marriage proposal.
Q: We carried out an istikhara for my son almost a year ago for a college girl he was interested in. The Aalim said no. My son got very disturbed and heard from someone that istikhara can be repeated after some time. During this year almost, he prayed five times and performed umrah with the family and did istikhara himself and saw himself offering prayer. He says he is satisfied and the answer is yes from Almighty Allah. He only resolves around any option confirming his yes but we the parents still wish to seek guidance. We want some responsible authority to say ok before we take decision. Please help us!!
