Q: In Haramain Shareefain, the first azaan for jummah is given long before zawaal. The second azaan is given when the time of salaah enters and thereafter the khutbah commences. As a hanafi, when should one perform his sunnah salaah?
Q: Is it permissible to say Jummuah Mubarak as some say it is a biddah as there is no correlation or narration of it in the time of the the prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam).
Q: The first Adhaan for Jumuah Salaah in both the Haramain Sharifain is given well before Zawaal sets in. Can one perform the Four Sunnats of Jumuah after the first Adhaan is given i.e. before the time of Zawaal?
The second Adhaan is given exactly when the Dhuhr time sets in and the Khutbah commences immediately thereafter. There is no time to perform the sunnats after the second Adhaan as the khutbah commences immediately, and if one stands up to perform his sunnats, he will be performing his sunnats while the Khutbah is being delivered. Should one rather perform these four sunnats after completing the Jumuah Salaah?
Q: What is the ruling on greeting people every Friday with Jumuah Mubarak? Is it permissible?
I understand that it was not part of the sunnah of our Nabi Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) and his companions never practised it.
Q: Today, my Moulana told us that if we did not read the full 12 rakaats of Zuhr Salaah, then we should go and read it. I had only read the 4 fardh and I was rushing a lot. We were writing our Jamiatul Ulama exams so I thought that if I go to read the sunnats, then I will have less time to write the paper, so I lied to my Ustaad and did not go to read the sunnats. Now I am feeling bad for deceiving and lying to my Ustaad. Will I be sinful if I leave out performing the sunnats?
Q: Is it permissible to send Jummah Mubaarak messages as I have read the fatwa of Mufti Taqi Usmani that it is not good to send such messages as the later generations will think it as Sunnah which will be a bidat. And also any other messages like Eid Mubaarak and Fajr messages.
