Zakaat

Q: If a person has a halaal business but there is some haram involved in it like music and he gives zakaat from that income, will his zakaat be acceptable to Allah Ta'ala?

Q: Me and my wife both are working and our assets are common e.g. we purchased property/Gold from common funds and we do not remember who paid more or less but we both are eligible to pay zakaat. So my question is in the above situation shall we calculate zakaat together or not. In the past we paid the zakaat together even though we didn't know if it is correct or not. Q: If I have credit card bills, do I deduct it from Zakaah or not?

I tried to give my Zakat to my sister but she refused to accept it and said I will never accept zakat or Sadqa. Q: I am living with my children in my parents house in Pakistan and my husband is away in another country. The maid in my parents house helps me with house hold work. I give her some money every month which is from my zakat. I told her about that and she is happy to accept the zakaat money and help me with house hold work. My mother pays her regular salary on top of that. My question is will that money be accepted as zakaat?
