Various masaail of the Musjid

Q: Can the trustees of the masjid ban the reading of Fazzail e a'maal? (The trustee doesn't allow jamaats to read this profound kitaab).

Q: There are wazz (lectures) in our area at every masjid once in a year but the wazz continues almost whole night on the loud speakers and this disturbs the non muslims and even muslims in sleeping and fajr salah. Is this type of wazz  allowed by disturbing others?

Q: Can a person serve as a mutawalli at the mosque if he is a food and beverages manager in a hotel which serves non-halaal foods and alcohol?

Q: Is it permissible to read namaaz in a masjid which Salaami is read and they have drapings in the masjid and if it is permissible is there any sin?

Q: We have only one Imaam in our musjid. Only sometimes he is a few seconds late not regularly. Should the musallees at least wait a few minutes for the Imaam? please advise.

Q: Now a days in the name of waaz, Ulama' give lecture in masjids over loud speakers for the entire night and disturb others that are sleeping. I want to know did Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and Sahaba (Radiyallahu Anhum) ever do any such thing causing disturbance to people for the whole night? Is this Deen or innovation?

Q: I have a savings account with a bank and want to know what I should do with the interest that the bank pays me. I do not want to use it as it is haraam. Should I donate this money to my local Musjid?

Q: Is it permissible to make general announcements on the azan mic which is in the musjid eg. janazah?

Q: Is it jaaiz to make an announcement in Ramadhan for a collection for huffaaz?

Q: A jamaat khana and a Musjid are nearby but the jamaat khana is nearer to where I work. Will it be more virtuous to read salaat in the jamaat khana or Musjid?
