Q: My mother did not assign her gold bangles to anybody before she died. Should they be shared with her children?

Q: If a man said in his will that his 1 daughter must live in his house and give the rent to his other daughter, who is a widow and the other heirs agreed to it, is it permissible?

Q: If a man passes away leaving behind his wife as his only inheritor, how would the inheritance be distributed? Would it make a difference if he also had a maternal aunt (mother's sister)?

Q: "A" nominated the name of "BC" in immovable property during his life time at the society records, stating that after his death "BC" will be the owner of the immovable property, in the presence of his other legal heirs/family members and the other legal heirs knows the same, thereafter "A" died, whether the nominees "BC" will be the sole co-owners of the said immovable property or other legal heirs of the deceased will have right over the said property, as per Islam, Please answer.

Q: Parents have two sons and two daughters. After their marriage they distribute their property and asked them to invest. After some time one daughter died and after her death, her father also died. Now the brother and mother are telling the children of the dead daughter that we will not give you the share of the property in which they invested and is registered in the court of law. Please guide us.

Q: If a couple marries and the wife has a son that is 3 years old from her first marriage. The child has no contact with the bilogoical father and was brought up by the husband as his own child. The couple then have 2 children, a boy and girl, so 3 children in total. How would one distribute the wealth of the husband once he passes away.

Q: A marhoom has left behind a 50 kg powder milk. Her niyyat was to sell it and cover up her outstanding debts. The debts are not fully paid off. Therefore does it fall part of her possessions which needs to be distributed amongst the heirs which involve non baaligh children? Or what should be done with it?

Q: If a widow with several sons (no daughters) passes away and she previously made a verbal request in the presence of all her sons that her estate (only money) should be divided unequally between them (she specified how much each should receive), should this be obeyed or should the estate be distributed equally among the sons?

Q: I have two brothers and a sister and there is inheritance from my mums house to be distributed. My mother mentioned before passing away that we split the inheritance equally. If we all decide to split the inheritance equally is this fine or do we have to do it according to Sharia where my sister gets 1 third and each of us 2.
