Company offering a discount to sell items to clients

Q: I’m an architect. I design residential buildings for my clients and take design consultancy in return. Yesterday, a marketing team visited me. They were selling LED lights. A single light costs $10. They offered me a discount of 20% if I recommend the lights to my clients. They also said that if I sell the light at full price to my clients, they will transfer the remaining 20% discount into my account. If I give a 10% discount to my clients, they will transfer the remaining 10% into my account. Also, it is in my authority to give a full 20% discount to my client. Is this arrangement permissible?.

Q: I purchased an x-ray machine. Mr.X said that he wants to run the machine, and told that he will be giving monthly 20,000 rupees to me, and the rest of the profit will be his. Three months he gave me that amount i.e 20,000. The next two months Mr.X couldn't get enough profit, so he told me that he is going to give 15,000. I agreed as I don't want him to go in loss. Is my business in accordance to shariah?

Q: Agar koi project ka ittafak hoa k itni price ka ho ga bad me payment kartay waqt discount mil gya wo paisa jo discount mila kia wo rakh sktay hain matlab invoice 500 ki bani or lene walay ne 450 le liay kia 50 jo discount hai wo rakh sktay ya company ko dena ho ga?
