Three Talaaqs

Husband getting intimate with wife after issuing three talaaqs

Q: Date of Divorce Deed: The divorce deed was signed on August 24, 2024.

Knowledge of Divorce: I was unaware of the divorce deed until September 15, 2024, when it was sent to me via WhatsApp.

Marital Relations: My husband came to my house and slept with me on August 29, 2024, after the deed was signed but before I was aware of it.

Pregnancy: I am currently 4 months pregnant.

My husband gave me one divorce on October 11, 2022. The fatwa was issued that it was one divorce and we consummated our marriage within the period of 90 days.

Now he sent a divorce deed in a WhatsApp message in which it is written that I give you divorce+divorce+divorce. The date mentioned on it is August 24, 2024.

Is it a second divorce or divorce has happened completely.

Kindly issue a fatwa regarding this.

Wife insisting on keeping talaaq a secret

Q: I gave 1st talaaq in 2011, 2nd in 2017 and then 6 months passed without reconciliation. After the matter was intervened by families we went to an aalim in Pakistan and he made a new nikah with a new mahar.

Today I gave her 3rd Talaaq. I don't want to stay with her anymore but she is insisting to keep the talaaq secret so that she will do a halaala after 90 days.

She is also refusing to leave my house after iddat. We both are from Pakistan.

Do I have an obligation to tell her family that I have divorced her. What can I do if she refuses to leave my house after iddat period.

Issuing talaaq without the intention of divorcing one's wife

Q: I have a serious matter about a Talaq related question.

I am married and have kids.

I did a second nikah last year with a woman who has 4 kids. She has been manipulating and not been honest with me for last 1 year and continuously lies about so many things and on the top of that she has her EX husband living in the same house with her as she keeps saying he lives in a separate room.

I had enough of her lies so I have separated from her and my first wife asked me to divorce her so I have wrote an emal and told her that I'm divorcing her but it was not my intention and my wife pushed the email sent button.

Then my daughter told me to send her divorce otherwise they will not live with me so I wrote an email and send to the wrong email address because I have no intention to divorce her but my daughter had me corrected the email and send her again.

Couple of days later I called her and I told her I have been forced to give you divorce but this is not my intention and I also told her until I come and give.  I did go back to her and have relationship back with her again.

My wife find out that email divorce is not valid so she has forced me again to call her on the phone and divorce her so I did call her and divorce her 3 times by saying Talaq to her. Later I went back to her because and I told her that until I personally give you divorce I'm not divorcing her.

Now my question is, is my marriage still valid or its divorced. I am very confused.

Issuing three talaaqs without the knowledge of the implications and repercussions

Q: I grew up in a very harsh condition and wasn't very learned in most aspects of my Deen with Allah's grace I'm slowly getting there. Years ago in a rage of anger I issued my wife 3 talaqs without knowing the repercussions or the laws behind. I had no real Islamic knowledge of it and when my wife slapped me and told me what I did, I honestly didn't know what exactly it meant to say those words. As I was saying I grew up hearing my father telling my mother that and at that time of me saying I had no knowledge of it and we were in such a intense fight and argument. Now, after years my wife came to me and said that it stands as a divorce. Could you please guide me on this matter.

Three talaaqs while one's wife is in the state of haidh

Q: I would like to know the validity of the talaq given to me by my husband. He said talaq three times in one go out of anger. There were a few people present to hear the talaq and straight after, he called my father and said ‘I've given your daughter talaq come and take her’.

Currently we are living separately and we have three children together.

Also, when and how long does my iddah start. At the time of the talaq I was on my menses.

Three talaaqs

Q: I got married in 2008 and I have four children. Apart from this, my wife is also 8 months pregnant.

I had verbally divorced my wife thrice 10 years ago. After this we had ruju (rejoin) within a week.

After this, 3 years ago, I and my wife had a fight due to which I divorced her thrice in writting three years ago. But then we again rejoin (ruju) within a week.

But then after that, 2 days ago, I and my wife had a fight again, on which I placed my hand on the Holy Quran Pak and told her that I will not keep you and you are haraam, haraam, haraam on me and I said that after today you will be my mother and sister.

Is my wife now divorced or not and she is also 8 months pregnant?
