Q: What if the husband says 2 times talaq at the same, will this happen? What is according to shariat ? If he gives 1 again will talaq happen?
A: If he first issues two talaaqs and then issues the third talaaq while the wife is still in her iddat, all the three talaaqs will be valid and the nikaah will terminate. Both the man and woman will be haraam for each other and reconciling thereafter will not be possible unless halaalah takes place.
