Those situations where Talaaq takes place

Am I divorced?

Q: I got married 9 months ago, after my marriage within 4 weeks my my mother inlaw and sister inlaws started behaving bad with me, my mother inlaw would try to make misunderstandings with my husband but at that time my husband was nice to me but we used to have a lot off fights. I was so fed up with my mother in-law. I told my mother to send me a ticket, although I asked my husband and my in-laws they said I could go. After 3 months of my wedding I came back to Canada. My husband lives in Spain. The day I came to Canada I was wearing jewellery that my mother gave me. My mother in law took that from me. She said I will lose it. They didn't give me any money even the ticket my parents sent for me when my dad found out that i didn't have money plus gold. He called them and asked them why my mother in law lied to him and said I gave it to her and so on.

Before my wedding my dad told them they have to this and that... They promised but refused after. I was pregnant I told my husband my in-laws didn't call even when they found out I was pregnant. I asked my husband to send me money but he didn't. He said its not his responsibility he gave me talaq 2 times i am sure but 3rd time he used this (if that so I will give you talaaq now). He blames me that I have physical relations with someone else. He says he don't trust me and I love someone elde. The thing is I never even thought about anyone else beside my husband. I always loved him and I still do but I can't live with such a person who thinks about me like that. I am having my child in July and he wants the child too. But I would never give my child away. Now I want to know if I am divorced? What should i do?

Husband saying 'From today (husbands name) and (wife's name) are divorced.'

Q: A husband tells his wife after an argument: ‘’From today H.M and M.A are divorced.’’ He does not say that ‘I am giving you Talaaq’. He says this to her on the telephone and he sends her a message on her cell phone. H.R refers to the wife’s full name and surname and M.A refers to the husband’s full name and surname. In addition, the wife is 3 weeks pregnant. Does Talaaq become effective? What is the shariah ruling and can reconciliation be allowed if the above statement is regarded as two talaaqs?

Talaaq question

Q: I would like to discuss a very sensitive Talaq Issue regarding my parents. This happened 3 years ago. I have had ask couple of sunni ulemas online they have said talaq has taken place twice but I would like to get your fatwa regarding this please. My parents were discussing about moving house. My mother disagreed and said 'I will become a single mother and live alone'. In response to that my father replied 'phair may tinnu talaq day do ga' and (one of the following 2 sentences) 'chal phir tu talaq layla' or he said 'talaq lay la phir tu'. Upon hearing the word 'Talaq' twice my sister walked in to the room and said 'Dad agar aap nay ek baar phir kaha to waqaie ho jai gi' in respose to that, Father replied 'Ho jai phir'. Following day when I advised my father to consult a mufti because 'jo aap nay kaha hai wo theek nahi hai' upon hearing this Father replied (one of the two sentences) 'Ho Jai phir, Ho jai' or he said 'Ho jai phir jay hundi hai' It was evident from his behavior that he was not bothered or concerned. Please Mufti sahib kindly shed some light upon the issue. How many talaqs have taken place and on which sentences. My parents have been living together since then and I am very concerned. I am scared to discuss this issue with my parents again in order to ask them the exact wording but to the best of my knowledge after discussing with my sister and brother. We came to the conclusion of the above words.
