Q: Will talaaq take place if the husband tells the wife "I want a divorce"?
Q: If a woman says to her husband "did you take your phone with you to the shower?" And the husband says "no why would I" then the wife says "my brother takes it" and the husband says "I'm not crazy like your brother". After the wife says my brother takes it she gets a little scared as she read online that comparing your husband eith your brother affects the nikah. She now is doubting if she was calling her husband brother or had any such intentions as she got scared and felt she had. She wasn't comparing she was just saying how a trait may have been similar. Has the nikah been affected? Does comparing your spouse to your brother affect the nikah.
Q:
1. At the time of nikaah the husband said qubool and the witnesses heard it. Few years later, the wife asked her husband if he said qubool in the nikaah? The husband said "no". He said “no” jokingly and had no intention of divorce. Is there any problem?

Q: Me and my husband had an argument and then I came to my parents house. I was pregnant at that time. My husband, just to threaten me so that I would come back home sent me a message saying "divorce Septmeber, 2017". He wanted to tell me that he will give me a divorce in September but he did this just to make me upset and did not intend as such. The very next month, in April, he came to me and we had a relation and apologized for what he did. He said that he just did it to threaten me so that I would come back. We want to know if it will be counted as divorce?
Q: On 21st November 2018 we had a baby and on 29th November 2018 my husband said to me "I want to divorce you" three times. He had brought two witnesses with him. I was still impure from my delivery that time. Since then I am staying with my family and have been trying to reconcile with him. Now my husband is willing to reconcile but we dont know if it is possible. My husband says that even though he said "I want to divorce you" he had the intention of divorce. Can you please tell us if the divorce happened and how can we reconcile?
Q: During a quarrel with one's wife, the husband said to his wife "We have no relationship" without the intention of divorce.
When the wife asked the husband what was his intention, the husband got angry and said that he had the intention of divorce but after some time later he said that he had no intention of divorce. He really said it without the intention of divorce.
My question is, the husband had no intention of divorce but he just said that he had the intention of divorce (he spoke a lie) so will divorce take place?
Q: Today, my husband and I had an argument. He was very aggressive and used bad language. He told me, "You are my sister" Is this a talaaq?
