Q: Is it allowed to decide on a baby's name before his or her birth?

Q: Is Yumna Fatimah a good name for girls? Does it have a good meaning?

Q: Is it ok if I write the name 'Ayah Zia' or 'Ayah Ikhlaas' is this okay? I know the seperate meaning of them but is it ok to put them together as first name Ayah and second name either to be ikhlaas or zia. This is for my newborn daughters name.
