Divorcing one's wife to break a black magic spell

Q: We are a married couple of 28 years Alhamdullillah. We found ourself in a situation where someone did black magic to enter our bed and so far hurting my husband till I submit to him. It came to our attention that the spell can be broken through talaq. We hav no intention of talaq but for safety reasons. Once the spell is broken, will we be able to resume our marriage under this circumstance?

Court divorce

Q: I am a female who is legally divorced in USA for more than one year. My ex husband went to a Shariah board 3 times during this divorce but refused to give me an Islamic divorce. During the marriage, he refused sex and any kind of relationship with me. He has not touched me for more than ten years. Am I still under his nikkah?

Returning to one's husband after a divorce

Q: My father has recently passed away and he got murdered brutally by a man who hit him on his head with a knife and then slit his throat whilst my dad was still alive. I loved my father very much and it feels to me that somebody has killed me brutally. I am worried that my father may be in pain or discomfort in his grave. I read surah mulk at night but I feel very restless.

Also I have recently been divorced (1 year ago) but my husband gave me verbal divorce and now he says that he can bring me back only if at the cost that I accept his terms and conditions once being that I may not be able to work for a while. I don't want to go back to my husband as I hate him now and I want to consider someone else (my colleague) who gives me the respect I deserve and loves me. What do I need to do in this situation? If I don't go back to my husband, would it be a sin? I feel frustrated that I haven't done enough for my dad and he may be suffering... I can't sleep and I have arthritis and fibromyalgia which aggravated my muscular pain when I am in stress. Sometimes I just think that I should die as all this frustration and worry for my father is killing me and I feel helpless.

Girl getting married without being divorced by husband

Q: One of my friends who is a girl married a boy 2 years ago. The boy's family misbehaved with her and her husband used to beat her sometimes for no reason and demanded materialistic things and even money. Then he fled to another country for almost a year and returned married to another girl without giving written or oral talaq to his first wife. He denied to accept her first wife.  Now the case is in court pending for final decision.

1. Is it permissible for the man to marry another girl without the consent of his first wife?

2. Is it prohibited for the girl to marry again without the oral or written talaq given by her husband?
