Earning by deceiving people through fake websites

Q: I am an Internet marketer I have been working since 4-5 years as a marketer. Let me explain to you what kind of work I do? Also, I want to know if its income is haram or halal.

First thing, I buy a domain, I pay for hosting and create a site, its actually a fake site which contain content like Free Super Market Coupon, Free Movie Tickets, Free Airline tickets. What my site says to visitors is that they will get a coupon if they share the site with friends. Actually they never win a coupon, its a fake site created by me, when they share the site, they get redirected to an offer page, which has an image of a coupon on the back and tells the user to register or fill in a survey to get the coupon. When they fill in the survey or register with that offer I get a lead like $1 - $2 for each user. When the user shares the site with someone or if a visitor shares the site with their friends and they also visit the same site, they also share it, so my site goes viral. I want to know whether earning like this is haram or halal?

Muslim newspaper publishing adverts of stores that sell haraam products

Q: I am a publisher of magazines and have now entered into newspaper publishing. There are businesses that wish to have their adverts appear in our publications e.g. haraam butcheries, supermarkets advertising alcohol and the people that claim to “bring back lost love” and other claims to the supernatural. Am I allowed to publish these kinds of adverts?

Status of our currency

Q: What is the status of our currency i.e. rands and dollars? Is it thaman (money) or mabee’ (sale commodity)? In other words, what is the Islamic position on fiat money which is the currency of the majority of the world today? Some say that it is haraam and riba as the money of the Quraan Majeed and Sunnah is gold dinars and silver dirhams which have “intrinsic value”, while today’s money is backed by interest. What is the proof in the Quraan Majeed and Sunnah?

Ownership of a property that was registered under someone else's name

Q: My father purchased 10 shops in our country while he was in USA. Due to his trouble travelling back to have it registered in his name he told his father to have it recorded on his name and he would transfer it once he comes back. Few years passed and the father passed away. After that there were family issues and they transferred the owner ship from the fathers name to his brothers named. Now when his status is good to travel and his family has grown Alhumdulilah, he wants the property back onto his name. Now all the brothers and sisters are saying that it is their father's property as it was under his name. My father has proof of payment and everything but yes, unfortunately the property was under his father's name and not his name. He always mentioned to his father that one day I will have it under my name but never could. Now, can he ask for the property back as he is the one who purchased it.

Earning through YouTube

Q: My question is related to earnings from YouTube. YouTube was blocked in Pakistan because of blesphmous content now it is unblocked after launch of local version of YouTube. Now if any anti Islamic video uploaded on it will be removed on demand by government of Pakistan. So suppose if YouTube remove this video but we are not sure wether it's still available to view in other countries... Keeping in my mind these things. Earning money from YouTube is allowed or not?

Online stock trading

Q: The question is regarding online stock trading. To understand below are the few details:

CNC (Cash and Carry): Delivery trade using CNC with no leverage. Once bought, shares will get delivered to your demat account and if sold, shares will get debited from your demat account.

MIS (Margin Intraday Square off): Intraday trade using MIS for additional leverage between 9:15 AM and 3:20 PM. All open MIS positions get squared off at 3:20 PM.

The Question is regarding CNC and MIS. MIS is Haraam as the stocks will be squared off by the broker if not sold on the same day.

Regarding CNC I want to make it clear. When we buy the stocks via CNC The stocks will be confirmed like a bill generation and we get the right to sell it in the next minute and also if we want we can keep the stock for selling it later. Please let me know, whether we can do this delivery based trading or not? the complete rights are given to sell to buyer.

Selling branded items and trading in shares

Q:

1. Hermes is a fashion brand and its name was taken from a Greek figure. However, the bags do not have the Greek symbol for Hermes. Is it permissible to sell the bags anyway? What I mean with Greek figure is Greek 'god' (their words, not mine).

What about selling Louis Vuitton bags or Jordan Sneakers. Their name doesn't represent a 'god'. Just a person.

2. My second question is about day trading. First of all, is day trading stocks (non-haram businesses) permissible. And what about day trading crypto. So, trading ARK for BTC. Both are cryptocurrencies. Is this trade a form of riba because it seems like it is a 'gold for gold' trade (both cryptocurrencies, but they have different values and meanings).

3. You said that investing in halal companies is permissible, however the interest that they are involved in is totally forbidden. But does that make my earnings forbidden (and does it come in the category of 'witnessing riba')?
